FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Short answers about requesting legal services, subscriptions and the client workspace.
01How do I request legal services?
You can reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp — the details are on the Contact page. For ongoing support, choose a plan on the Subscriptions page and send a request. The first conversation clarifies your matter and expectations; the precise scope and delivery arrangements are agreed in a separate contract.
02How does a legal consultation work?
The process has four steps: we listen to your objectives and the context, consider the available information and open questions, define a framework for the possible next steps, and explain expectations and steps throughout.
03What information should I provide at first?
It helps to prepare a short description of the matter, related documents (for example agreements and correspondence), your objective and your intended timeline. The exact list of documents for a specific matter is confirmed after the first conversation.
04How do the subscription plans work?
The Standart, Medium, Premium and Special plans provide ongoing legal support for a business. You choose a plan on the Subscriptions page and send your contact details — no payment is taken at this stage. The scope and final price are agreed with you; prices are shown only in the client workspace.
05How are contracts drafted and reviewed?
Usually the parties’ objectives and key terms are clarified first. A draft is then prepared, or the existing text is reviewed from a legal perspective — contradictory clauses and liability risks are flagged. Negotiation and amendments follow where needed. The exact stages depend on the type and complexity of the agreement.
06Do you support foreign companies?
Yes. We work with foreign companies operating in, or planning to enter, Azerbaijan in Azerbaijani, English and Russian. Our catalogue covers cross-border commercial operations, foreign-trade documentation, work permits and international staff.
07Can I come to you about international contracts?
Yes — cross-border commercial operations and supply agreements are part of our catalogue. Where foreign law applies, or a matter needs special authority in another country, how the work will be organised is settled in the first conversation.
08How are fees determined?
Fees depend on the scope of the work and the complexity of the matter and are agreed in a separate contract. Prices are not published on the website; subscription prices are shown in the client workspace.
09How can I follow the progress of my matter?
The client workspace holds your matters, correspondence, meetings and the documents you upload; access is limited by organisation and role permissions. We also keep you informed about expectations and next steps throughout.
10How do I use the client workspace?
You sign in with the individual login and password provided by ILVARIS — use the “Client Login” button in the top right corner of the site. The workspace can also be installed as an app on your computer or phone.
